After months on the sidelines, clubs across the country have made their long awaited comebacks to the training field in recent weeks.
Due to the easing of Government restrictions earlier this month, AFL clubs have been allowed to resume training from week commencing 10th of May in the Republic. Meanwhile, clubs up North have been able to train a couple of weeks prior to this.
It is fantastic to have footy back and judging by high numbers at sessions up and down the country during the past couple of weeks, the players seem to be enjoying being back on the grass.
Here is a select few pictures of how clubs have been enjoying shaking off the lockdown cobwebs. Let’s hope to see big numbers through the upcoming AFL season.
