About the Club:
The Galway Magpies footy club began in 2010 shortly after the Collingwood Magpies donated a set of guernseys to the then ARFLI (now AFL Ireland).
But we’re more than just a footy club—we’re a social club that welcomes everyone! Whether you’re looking for competitive action or just a bit of fun, we’ve got something for you.
Social full-contact leagues and Tag AFL leagues for those who want to have a laugh while staying active.
Plenty of social events, from post-training pizza and pints to hikes and nights out!
Men’s and women’s premiership leagues for those eager to travel Ireland and Europe playing footy.
A realistic pathway to representing Ireland for those who want to take their game to the next level!
